Our Story

SWORN.ai was founded by three legal professionals—Andy, Gene, and Adam—who, through their work with police departments, realized the importance of focusing on recruitment, retention, and improving officers’ lives. Having previously collaborated with Sean Bair on tech solutions, they teamed up to create SWORN.ai, a platform that uses AI and machine learning to support the holistic health of first responders.

SWORN.ai focuses on four key areas: nutrition, fitness, sleep, and experience. By setting smart goals and analyzing data from officers’ daily activities—such as calls, training, and commendations—the platform provides tailored health coaching, while keeping data anonymized for departments.

This image depicts a night map of North America, highlighting areas of high population density or activity with glowing lights. The United States is densely illuminated, particularly along the East Coast, Midwest, and West Coast, reflecting urban centers and transportation hubs. Canada shows fewer lit regions, concentrated mainly around major cities like Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal. The map uses contrasting colors, with warm tones like red and orange indicating higher intensity, transitioning to cooler blue hues for lower activity. It's an engaging visualization that emphasizes human activity and connectivity across the continent.
